ROLE: LEAD PRODUCER

• As lead producer, I scout the appropriate venue fulfilling the client's desired aesthetic and size, all within budget
• With a database of outside vendors, the client's vision of the overall experience will be met through the coordinating of visual, audio, lighting, and scenic elements.
• Overseeing full operation to allow for client's increase in public and guest relations and overall experience
• Providing a professional, experienced staffing team to manage all aspects of the event pre-production to post-production
• Adding the most value through budget management

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Renderings = Reality - I have never seen a rendering come to life so perfectly. The set build was nearly identical to the renderings drawn by our design team.
• Experienced Vendors - We were able to completely transform a blank studio space into a high-end, beautifully lit research office and interview space for Mr. Ford.
• Timely Schedule allowing for smooth show and early strike and load out
