• As lead producer, I scout the appropriate venue fulfilling the client's desired aesthetic and size, all within budget
• With a database of outside vendors, the client's vision of the overall experience will be met through the coordinating of visual, audio, lighting, and scenic elements.
• Overseeing full operation to allow for client's increase in public and guest relations and overall experience
• Providing a professional, experienced staffing team to manage all aspects of the event pre-production to post-production
• Adding the most value through budget management

Having just worked in this event space, we had a good grasp on exactly what needed to be done. Bringing in thousands of wild flowers in large planters really helped transform this blank canvas into something beautiful.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Working with new designers is always exciting - I love to see new creative ways of thinking and Jason Wu did not disappoint with his set to install thousands of wild flowers in large LED lit planters within the runway.
